The Dive Master course is the first professional leadership level in the PADI progression. The course requires high level demonstrations of diving and swimming skills, along with knowledge of diving theory. The candidate, along with formal classroom and leadership training, will be involved with an internship phase with other instructors. The course consists of 60 hours of instruction and 5 academic sessions. The price includes Weights, Weight belt and tanks.
In this phase, the role of Dive Master in confined, Open Water, and dive guiding are learned and practiced. This certification is a prerequisite for Open Water Scuba Instructor.
