Your tour begins in our beautiful island home of Hawai‘i, the northern-most point of the Polynesian triangle. With great courage and incredible navigational skills, the early Polynesian voyagers reached these shores using only the stars and their knowledge of ocean currents. These early settlers brought with them traditional Polynesian staples, which you can sample during your Feast: green banana, cassava, sweet potato, and purple taro, served simply with dipping sauces.
