Measuring an impressive 60' from stem to stern; the Alii Nui is exceptionally well maintained. Licensed for 49 passengers, however restricted to 36
passengers to provide superior service, Alii Nui is under sail whenever possible (depending on winds).
Alii Nui and her expert crew treat you to a memorable evening! We set the sail and chase the sun as it
sinks into the distant horizon of the azure waters of the South Pacific. Enjoy a delicious array of delicious appetizers set upon the "Captains Table"
in our comfortable, covered cabin.
Toast the day's end with a glass of champagne as South Maui's dramatic shoreline is bathed in a pallet of
spectacular colors.
Sunset Sail Appetizer Menu:
Roasted Pepper & Garlic Hummus with Pita Bread, Braised Short Ribs, Shrimp Cocktail, Caesar Salad Wraps, Crudités of Island Vegetables and Ranch Dip, Assortment of cheese and Crackers with fruit Garnish, Red Wine poached pear with spiced pecan & blue cheese on endive, Fresh Pineapple, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies.
