Olowalu Dive and Snorkel Locations

South of Lahaina on Rout 30 look for mile marker 14. One of Maui's most popular snorkeling and scuba diving areas. Easy access with abundant coral and fish.

Probably Maui's #1 snorkeling spot after Molokini Crater. large expansive coral reef with diverse and abundant marine life. Look for a pole (sometimes absent after heavy wave action) sticking out of the reef about 50 yards from shore.

This marks a channel through the reef for diving further out. Further right just look for passages between large coral heads to dive further from shore. This area is excellent for families with small children.
